A little bit about me...

I am a dedicated and empathetic professional who will
welcome you with respect and kindness. As a fully qualified integrative Therapeutic Counsellor, I utilise a variety of approaches in my sessions.
Having retrained as a counsellor later in life, I bring a wealth of lived experience. My background includes navigating significant personal challenges,
which enables me to approach therapy with a positive and present-focused mindset. I believe that self-discovery is a continuous journey and that
individuals are never too old to embrace change and take risks. My practice is fundamentally person-centred, ensuring that each individual or couple remains at the core of my service. 
 

 

 

 As a person-centred counsellor, I assist clients in
exploring their issues, feelings, beliefs, behaviours, and worldviews, thereby
facilitating deeper self-awareness and greater independence. My practice is
non-judgmental, ensuring a supportive environment where clients feel secure and
encouraged to discuss their concerns openly. I am an accredited member of the
National Counselling & Psychological Society (NCPS) and adhere strictly to
their Ethical Framework, which underpins my therapeutic practice and my counselling
services are delivered in an ethical and professional manner.
